Finding Toy for F | A to Z April 2016 Challenge

Damn you have not lost it as yet? Dude you are past that age when you could not find a girlfriend!, said John's concerned childhood buddy Ron.
Yes dude, what is the easiest way to get someone? questioned John.

Just tell her that you love her, and you will find your toy', said Ron and for the kind of man he was - that was one of the most honest replies. Sigh!

Author's Note: This is for men who treat women like objects and for women who just go by words.

P.S.: Again from the saved drafts! Gosh I am so thankful for all the drafts I created! Sleepy now, dozing off~

Childhood for C | A to Z April 2016 Challenge

Here is a list of a few childhood memories we all miss the most. What's best to revisit that time. Here's what I carry for my childhood takeaways:

1. That Raw Imagination – imaginary friends, turning dad’s jacket into a monster, and making strange faces in front of mirror only to get scary with ourselves.

2. Completing home-work so that we could get free before we hear Duck Tales hooo-uuu-ooo on TV!

3. Evening play time was a routine, spending summer vacations at Naani (Maternal Grandmother) house was the most looked forward time.

4. Free-flowing creativity - decorating scrap book, building sand castles, paper craft and the list is endless!

Google Search - Childhood

5. Waiting for Shenaaz’s MTV’s Most Wanted on MTV when it use to be a music channel. Oh I loved her so much.

6. Gang-fights during recess. Our ammunitions were paper balls or aluminium foil balls. Though I hardly participated, and preferred to go on walk across the school!

7. Being super excited about everything - stationary shopping, watching Hip Hip Hurray, finding a plastic toy in fun flips pack, anybody’s birthday party!

8. Getting a chance to click photos and waiting for the album to develop.

9. Looking forward to meet those role model – Didis and Bhaiyas who were just so cool! My case was more with my maasis and mamajis (that's my mother's siblings)

10.   Rainy season fun – making paper boat, getting drenched along with worms in a muddy wet soil. Oh I so proudly pass on this legacy to my kid cousins.

Author's Note: OMG, I cannot believe that I could pull together ten points, though this post was saved draft. There's more that I will add here because I am super busy...

Treasure hunt, organizing fests, wishing to sleep sound after watching a horror movie, swings (I still hop on swings), kite flying (I got kites every 15th August but I remember that I could actually fly it once, and after taking the flight it started raining and my kite came down soggy), planning mischief, playing kabaddi, cricket, hide and seek, bicycle race, inventing new games.

My C alphabet happened finally.

Break Ups for B | A to Z April 2016 Challenge

We fail to see beauty in the so called imperfections.

I came across one of the most awkward reasons of breaking up.

It was when someone told me that I broke up with my the then girlfriend after watching Om Shanti Om. I saw Deepika Padukone and I wanted someone like her. Not like the one who was sitting next to me when I was watching On Shanti On.

I was like, wait what? I was thinking about what the girl must have gone through on knowing the reason for her getting dumped. I felt a little sad for her and strongly believe that she deserved better. It was upsetting to me, because I have always believed that relationships are never about looks, they are about the connections you form with a person. However, I do not blame those who relate with this story because that's what is the major-i-tarian normal.

Not all break ups are stupid, some are very well designed - reasons being inconsistency, disrespect, insensitivity, been taken for granted... The moment you sense it, move on! You do not deserve such treatment.

Have you or someone you know ever broken up with someone for really odd reason? Drop it in comments.

Source - Google Image Search
Now I would like to come back to the topic. The break up reason was very immature. Or perhaps points at a shallow desire to get what we want rather than a mature approach of nurturing what we have. We are often not content with what we get and end up finding flaws in no matter how amazing connection we form out of our existing relationship. We hold on to past or certain traits we always wanted in the person we should be with - and some of them are physical. There we fall a victim of a vicious cycle of getting into it a new relationship and then falling out of it because the relationship-test did not go well. In that process we are not just selfish but cruel to those we leave behind. If someone protests ill-treatment we take it as a protest towards the way we are supposed to fall for someone. And object at someone being true to their individuality.

Oh no.. Thats now how it was meant to be. It was supposed to be someone with perfect fearutes, figure, and best a muted doll. No matter what a loser I am but the girl should be ideal. Or no matter how nosey the woman in the relationship is the guy should be naive. And we keep struggling with seeking acceptance of the society's shallow standards. Even if there are numerous moments of extremely beautiful connection. We end up bringing reasons to fall apart.

Accept the person for what they are.

Author's Note: Break ups are tough, but when they happen over immature reasons, the entire relationship appears to be a waste of time and effort! Well about this post, it was a day off but nonetheless busy. So I wrote it while on a metro ride.

Waiting to read odd reasons to break up in the comments section...

Abstract for A | A to Z April 2016 Challenge

Life as we have known is a series of abstract events and thoughts
We gauge the rights and wrongs from what we feel, what we see
Perhaps overlooking what should be looked at
When we need a partner we kind of get so lame
I am the boss, you are my slave, equality oh no does not find a place

Assertive is not a trait any more
Aggressive is not a problem at all
Passivity flows through our veins
Controlling the situations is what they crave

Source - Google Image search - famous abstract art picasso

And just hanging out with lame friends is cool
Forming connections is a waste of time
Those who feel, feel too much of pain
Those who faf, faf along with hollow pride

Huge voids and such redundant life
That they count to be great and I call it waste
Working at emotional level is looked down at

We all think we know
But what is it we know even we don't know
Confusion persists, and we keep on with this

P.S.: If you value real connections, you know what I am talking about.

Author's Note: Some poems do not rhyme! As I start my first post today, I hope you have enjoyed reading it. Again I should not fail to mention - I am super busy, was only wondering if I can do it. Let's move day by day and sail through it!

On a closing note>>
I value the visitors on my blog,
So please drop a comment,
That's what I look for :)

Facebook Lessons
(F on Day 6 of A to Z Challenge 2015).

Times of being busy
Being really really busy
Busy doing nothing
Busy killing time
Are the times to loathe.
So we make time to be on Facebook.

Source: Google Search
Debating, fighting trolls, bullies, cyber harassers while attempting hard to make sense out of our point. Perhaps trying to make people understand our point.

That's when I learnt a few things through Facebook, and here they are:

1. Tolerance while facing disagreements from friends. No two people think alike, how can friends? It is important to respect each other's opinions, not to get into a trail of updates that faintly demean your friends.

2. Standing up-to cyber harassers and bullies. Well yes, this is big one and I did stand up to one quite recently.

3. Satire while dealing with the trolls. When logic does not make sense, satire does!

4. Understanding what I just do not want to be. I live and let live, so I do not want to be a bigot, extremist and someone with an orthodox mindset.

5. Clarifying when being misunderstood. Not everyone will read what you meant with your words, in-fact they will dissect each of your words and come up with conspiracy theories. Arghh moments they are.

Author's Note: With Facebook and social media interactions, our ideas of life, philosophies and the way we view world is out in the open. Some of us are against this concept, I am not. I can put myself out there with my thoughts and things I truly believe in.

And yes, from time to time I do feel that there is an overdoes. I switch off, thanks to the deactivate Facebook account option!

P.S. Facebook Lessons for F - April 7, 2015. My sixth post for the A to Z April Challenge.

Bans, Boycotts and Bharat (India)
(B on Day 2 of A to Z Challenge 2015)

It was somewhere in the midst of Ban and Boycotts for Bharat (India) - A facade my country has started to don lately.

Here is a quick recap of bans on creativity and choices we make as individuals.
(This is not comprehensive list and in no order of preference):

1. India's Daughter was banned because it projects bad image of India. BBC was sent a notice by the Indian authorities and the documentary was taken down from the internet.
Un-ban our choices, Un-ban our freedom
Source - Google

2. It was in the midst of a Beef Ban (cow slaughter ban) imposed in Maharashtra as Cow is worshiped by Hindus (majority religion in India) and Indian authorities are presumably stepping towards Hindu theocracy (overshadowing India's secular constitution). Cows will receive legal protection and mug shots with identity proofs are being created. The ban is likely to be extended across the country.

3. It was a ban that Un-freedom Movie was subjected to for focusing on homosexuality as it can promote unnatural passion.

4. Kalki Koechlin's 'Margarita With A Straw' cleared by Censor Board with only one cut - of a 12-second kissing scene. It is a film about a woman with cerebral palsy coming to terms with her queer sexuality.

5. The word Bombay beeped out of Mihir Joshi's songtrack 'Sorry' because it is 'offensive' to use primitive nomenclature (Bombay) for Mumbai. The track is a conversation between a father and his daughter and I wrote it after the Nirbhaya Gang rape case in December 2012.ay
Here are the lyrics of the song:
I am sorry sweetheart
This is the world I am giving you today.
It is the same thing no matter what you read…
From Delhi to Bombay. I wish it was different darling...
Wish you could feel nice and safe.
But the world’s gone crazy, I don't know what to say’
6. Amendments to Section 66 A of the Information Technology Act was aimed at banning my liberty to speak my mind online. Thankfully the Supreme Court of India rendered it unconstitutional. And I am relieved as my Facebook updates will not invite an arrest order from the authorities on grounds of offensive, while I attempt to show my dissent.

7. Creators of All India Bakchod Roost were forced to take down the video from Youtube as it breached Indian values. Outcry over creative cinematic ventures like Haider, PK are not alien to Indians. And even the infamous movie 50 Shades of Grey made to banned items in India.

As I write this post, I am enraged. I have a question for those who support these bans and promote boycotts in the name of our nation. So as individuals, what are we (we refers to those who are impacted by these bans)?

Are we heading adolescence?
Are we rash bunch of brats who are to be disciplined?
Are we incapable of making decisions?
Do we have to project a regressive face of development to the world today?
Do we really in need of writing a oligarchy for generations to come?
Are we a nation where people need to be fed on the right idea of entertainment, food, religion and music?
Do we have hold years old values paramount and fail to walk with the times?
Do we really have to be controlled for the choices we make as individuals?

THE ANSWER TO EACH OF THE QUESTION LISTED ABOVE IS A BIG LOUD SHOUT OF A 'Damn NO'.

My nation Bharat (India) is becoming all about Bans, Boycott, Bigotry. We do not need this? We are able enough to make the right choices as individuals. And we are liberated enough to make the wrong choices. Do not make decisions for me. My soul suffocates and curse you.

Ban mongers - If you do not like it, choose to avoid it. Please do not make decisions for me. I do not need your wisdom!

Author's Note: Impose a blanket Ban on Injustice, Hypocrisy, Corrupt, Bigots, Small Thinkers, Shallow Minds, Sexists, Rapists, Crime, Violence...

Ban the wrong. Ban it today - you need not ban anything else! I detest those mindless bans that take away my freedom of making choices, my freedom of deriving solace or getting a high to bring out my creativity.

P.S. Bans, Boycotts and Bharat (India) on B - April 2, 2015. My second post for the A to Z April Challenge.

Attracting Abundance
(A on Day 1 of A to Z Challenge 2015)

Do you see abundance
Of things immaterial
Of feelings & tiny gestures
Abundance of times
Source: Google Image Search
That head for love
enthusiasm and vulnerabilities
Those moments that
Stretch your lips wide
And widen your eyelids
Abundance of Music
Than makes you dance
Or takes you to a dream land
Abundance of sound of waves
As you lay on the shores
Of running waters with closed eyes
Or gazing a deep blue sky
With glaring moonlight
Shooting star amidst twinkling ones
And abundance of gazing fireflies
Or listening to chirping of birds at dawn

Author's Note: We attract abundance of things that make us feel special. Those moments are right in our view, and it is for us to open up to them.

Let abundance of brief beautiful moments consume us!

P.S. A for Abundance on April 1, 2015. My first post for the A to Z April Challenge.

A-to-Z Challenge - Reflections

First of all I would like to extend a heartfelt thank to Shesha Chaturvedi to bring the challenge to my notice and help me at each step of it. Without this information I would have not been a recipient of get well soon wishes. Many of the fellow bloggers visited my blog and the comments from them kept me going despite being sick. I am much better today, although still not in shape to move out, but too better while recovering from Enteric Fever. It was arrested in the initial stage and did not convert into typhoid.

On thinking back, I learnt a lot about the world of blogging - and the mantra - visit other bloggers, comment if you feel like, do not be rude to a blogger ever (it hurts), be a positive critic, and network on social platforms.

More than anything, I learnt a lot about myself. So here are some things that I learnt about myself:

1. I can put together a case on short deadline, but not while I am having a headache
2. Blogging does not need all the time, but the time when you can just write
3.It may appear monotonous to the writer, but when one goes back to see all write-ups are different.
4. Post around fiction and/or humour works best
5. I managed to follow the theme of Emotions and Expressions.

Author's Note: This was my first participation to such a long challenge, and I totally enjoyed it! A special thanks to the A-to-Z April Challenge secret Facebook group.

P.P.S: I tried to further this chain by introducing the challenge to Garima Om. I was glad that she also participated in the challenge, on such a short notice :).

Zeal: A-to-Z Challenge [30 April 2014]

This is the last post of my A-to-Z April Challenge Journey. The challenge was tough to put upto, given that I traveled to Udaipur where I scheduled my posts and the fact that for over 8 days I am sick, the fever is running as high as 102. The doctor also indicated that it could be typhoid.  I am glad that I am writing the day zero post. I finally managed it.

So without much delay, I thank all those who visited my blog, those who commented and those whose comments gave me an idea to write on. I am sorry for not been able to respond to comments. Today as I stand on Day Zero of the contest, I wish to talk only of one thing - Zeal.

Source: http://healingleaf.files.wordpress.com

I have a zeal to write, my words may sound out of context to you, but for me I do strive hard to put together my thoughts. As they say that the toughest task for a writer is to write. Perhaps that is why my aspirational novel of 200 pages is not moving ahead from 70 pages.

When you really want to do something, you cannot afford to do injustice to it. It has to be the best, not for the readers, but for you. Because the toughest critic you have to impress ever is no one but you. I know that I will come up with my book, if not tomorrow, then after a year or ten years.

Badge : A-to-Z Challenge [April 2014]
I dedicate this post to your zeal. Whatever you wanted to do in life, start today, no matter how small or how big that first step is, just start - because it is the first step that matters, it is the first step that is the toughest and it is the first step that can make all the difference. It will be that first step that you will thank yourself for taking the day you actually meet your much zealous aim.

My list of those aims marked by my active interest and enthusiasm appears to be endless. Many people do not seem to get when I try to make them understand, but at the end, making them understand is not as important for me as it is for me to achieve it.

Author's Note: Through my last post for the contest, I wish a happy zealous achievements to all.

Yummy Factor: A-to-Z Challenge [29 April 2014]

Long long ago, I was watching Discovery Travel and Living. A series on best food from across the world was running on screen. That was the day the fact that good food is the essence of survival of foodies, like me. Here are bring to you a trip to must visit eateries in Delhi and the pictures of some yummy stuff that just does not get out of my head.

1. Andhra Bhawan Thali - I can die/kill for it. Food is cheap and unlimited. Besides food, they serve paan while you exit.

Source: Anupriya Karmakar's fb photographs
2. Yummy is the only word for Chacha's Chole Bhature, Kamla Nagar. It has been really long since I gorged on it. Long waiting stretching upto an hour is expected on Saturdays.

Source: foodenthusiastsofdelhi.com
3. South African chain if Lebanese food - Nando's serves the best periperi chicken. When two chicken lovers who talk a lot visit this place, all they do is no talk, just eat!

Source: wikimedia.org/
4. Qd's: I love the Garlic Noodles and Tandoori Momo here. The staff is very prompt and if they pack the wrong order, they are quick to replace it - No frown, just good food.
Source: http://www.wooplr.com
5. Bengali Market, no matter what you eat, you can find it here as long as you are a vegetarian. Two restaurants situated across a small road have the best to help you with a culinary treat. I love golgappas here!

Badge : A-to-Z Challenge [April 2014]
Author's Note: If you are a Delhite then you should have been to all these places, and if you have not been then do pay a visit. And if you are visiting Delhi, then I bet that your trip is incomplete if you have not has these delectable delights.

P.S.: I am really sick these days, and my taste buds are totally numb, and neither can I pamper them. Just imagine how bad I feel right now! Food is the best I could think of to write on at this moment.

P.P.S.: A foodie's emotions and expressions are paramount to me. This contest would have not been complete without a mention of food.

Xerox: A-to-Z Challenge [28 April 2014]

Source: http://media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com
“I was so disappointed that you did not want to perform at your uncle’s Sangeet function. Look at your cousin Palak, how confidently she gave her performance making your uncle proud. All the guests were asking me about your performance, and I felt so embarrassed.”, scolded a mother of 7 years Kriti.

“Mom, I wanted to do a stand-up comedian performance, something like we saw in Zurich during our vacation.” explained Kriti.

“I told you, that is not a girl thing. You are a girl, and there are some things that are not meant for them. Your dance teacher will be attending to you for extra hours in the coming three days so that you do not goof up the way you did last night.”

This was the conversation between a mother and her 7 years old daughter Kriti. This young girl gets to hear a lot about achievements of her peers, and a bunch of girls who loved dancing, singing, and getting indulged in girl stuff. All that Kriti’s parents wants is her to catch the best from all of them.

Kriti at a young age has a tight 'mechanical' schedule. She is back at 1:30 from school and after that she is paraded in various classes, right from dance to piano lessons to singing classes, everything was so girlie. She did not know what is girlie and what is not, but she did not like what she was supposed to do, she wanted something else.

Are parents trying to get the Xerox of a girlie girl, and not let her be what she is?

Badge : A-to-Z Challenge [April 2014]
Author's Note: I see many parents try to make them fit into a typical xerox of what according to them fits perfect in the frame. A boy should be blue and girl should be pink- why a boy can’t like pink and girl blue?

P.S.: If you are a boy, you should not wear pink, it is a girl's colour. A boy of 5 years told me that and all I wondered was who taught him gender segmentation?

P.P.S.: Thanks Shesha for quick edits.

Winner: A-to-Z Challenge [26 April 2014]

On tasting the flavours of being a Winner.
I was addicted to my failures.
Not because they were good.
But their coming was so grand.
I had to work really towards it to make it a win.

Source: http://izquotes.com

Each one of us is a winner in our own way.  What matters is if you see your failures worth to put you up to where you are or where you want to be. Winning is a very relative concept, for a labourer, earning bread for each day could be a big win but for an industrialist, losing a multimillion contract could be just another day.

Stepping out with an intent to embrace your failures is what makes you a winner. No one can be a winner always, if it is about a genuine effort than it will be accompanied by a lot of failures and a big win!

Badge : A-to-Z Challenge [April 2014]
Author's Note: They say that failures are the stepping stones to success. In big pursuits, failures are often regarded as big milestones only winners find on their way to success.

P.S.:  When I look back at my life, I see hardship. At the same time it was accompanied by a belief that it will not get worse than this. It will get only better. I have had my share of failures, my share of losses but the lessons that accompanied those failures made me a winner.

P.P.S: Do share your success on the comment box, with a little flavour of failure.

Vamp: A-to-Z Challenge [25 April 2014]

Badge : A-to-Z Challenge [April 2014]
She knows that she is bad.
She enjoys being a wrecker.
She derives pleasure to see others sad.
She makes a man fall out of love with his girl.
She makes a woman doubt her love for her man.
She knows that she is bad, and she keeps getting better at being bad.

Author's Note: Yes, some people know that they are bad, and they do not do anything about it. They carry on being bad as they derive happiness on seeing others suffer.

P.P.S: Inspiration for writing this post is Kamolika of Kasautii Zindagii Kay. I have never been a soap opera person, but she was so bad that even a non-follower of the series knew of her bad deeds.

Unsaid: A-to-Z Challenge [24 April 2014]

Source: www.thehiyl.com
Unsaid were those words, that had to cross mountains of ego.
They were left unsaid as they had to stumble through tough & rough terrains.
They were unheard as they had to swim through waves of judgments.

They wanted to be understood, without coming out.
The once that were out, were further dissected.
Only to misconstrued the meaning further.

Those words that exist.Got soaked in dry sun on a barren land.
Even when they tried their best, they could not find a way out.

The words which were trying to break barriers.
Did not find the right channel to proceed.
Those words were suffocated while they fought to make a way out.

Badge : A-to-Z Challenge [April 2014]
Author's Note: Intentions are often understood wrong, not because of words that were said, but because of those that were left unsaid. I wish that the world could read beyond white and black. I wish there was no need to talk grey with anyone to make them understand what is on your mind.

P.S.: This often happens with me, when I find myself misunderstood. That misunderstanding comes for not what was said, but from what was left unsaid.

P.P.S.: Thank you all for your concerns. I am recovering!

Thinking Cap: A-to-Z Challenge [23 April 2014]

Source: http://nittygriddy.com
Wear your thinking cap as here are a few questions I have for you:

1. Is is okay to follow Karam Karo Fal Ki Iccha Mat Karo, (English: Keep doing the work without thinking about the end result)?
2. Do you actually live in the moment or do you go back to past or visit the future?
3. One thing that should not be banned is ......
Badge : A-to-Z Challenge [April 2014]
Author's Note: I am unwell, the thermometer reads 101 degrees. Could not think of anything better, although I was suppose to Hi-Five with Shesha for a T for Travel post, but mine is not complete as yet. But I have 'parked' it for later as I really wish to do justice to the topic of Travel.

P.S.: Do we actually think over somethings, or sayings that could be so profound and accepted. Why do we ended up accepting some thoughts as a way of life, so much so that we do not eve question them?

P.P.S.: Feel free to add more pointers for us to think over :)

Stalked: A-to-Z Challenge [22 April 2014]

Source: http://massiveliving.tv
Besides that real scary crazy mid-night stalking, I am sure each one of us has had a stint with a little harmless Facebook stalking. Unlike LinkedIn, or no more in trend Orkut, Facebook does not allow people to know who visited their profile. So it is safe to stalk on Facebook.

Plus for each profile, there is a possibility to keep one's privacy intact by sharing defined updates amongst friends, with public or with restricted audience. And if you do not want someone to stalk you, just block that person!

Source: http://www.xclusivetouch.co.uk
I believe that after celebrity crushes, exes are the most stalked items online, where one wants to know what's up with them. Internet is a great invention bestowed upon mankind. It is not that creepy to stalk when you are on social media. Remember the last scene from The Social Network, Mark Zuckerberg's character was viewing the profile of his ex.

Talking of the ethical aspect of it, is it good, bad or okay? Ex is someone you fell for, someone who broke your heart, or may be you broke his/her heart, or maybe the situation required you to part ways and you keep wondering was it for real, so we go virtual to keep the memories alive and shed a  tear or two.
Badge : A-to-Z Challenge [April 2014]

Author's Note: Stalking is fine, as long as it does not scare someone. Plus it should not invite an emotional turmoil to you. Ensure that you are not falling in an emotional rut by indulging in a harmless ride on the memory lane.

P.S.: It is fine, it leads you to understand that the other person has changed. It is not more that same guy/girl that you fell for. You turn off that craving to stalk with an understanding that it is just an emotional assault you are bringing to yourself.

Right Age: A-to-Z Challenge [21 April 2014]

I bring to you opinions of a fellow blogger Shesha Chaturvedi on Right Age. Here is the guest post:

Are we living in the right era and doing proper things that are meant for this age?

Some times it seems that somebody has made rules to do specific things at a particular age in ones life. Everyone abides by those rules. If anyone walks out of line, people stare at them, they react with rage and anger. The rule-breaker after looking at others' reactions, starts feeling out-casted and panics.

Here is the chronology:
It is alright to eat crushed ice till the age of 5-10 years, skipping rope till 15, laughing loudly and stupidly till 18, finishing college by the age of 21, getting into job by 22, getting married by 25, having kids by 30 and so on...

Is everyone going as per the plan? Or is it possible that we invite unplanned things to us, follow our instincts more than those plans.

It could be something where - we Live for today, learn from pasts and worry a little of future.
We plan things, we fail, something unexpected happens and we get happy or sad. We fall and rise again, plan again, pass or fail again and so on. And while we think we will go as per plans, life doesn't! There isn't a right age for anything in the world.

One of my uncle learned swimming at the age of 60. Another one took up his passion for photography soon after his retirement. At 80 he is enjoying his newly bought SLR lenses and Photoshop. Some ladies in their twenties are not doing anything and some are even working after their retirements. There is no right or wrong age for anything in the world. We do what we want to do when we want to do it and when we feel its the right time and there is right the opportunity. As they say age is just a number. We can waste our time either in counting it day by day, or we can enjoy while it lasts...

Author's Shesha Chaturvedi's Note: Be guided by the light in you and not by the number of years you have spent on this earth. Age is not a factor, your wishes are!

Shine Kapoor's Note: As I believe that everyone is unique in one's special way. I wish that it was more to be what you are and go with the flow. Age is just a number, err word!

I am a Queer.
We had to sacrifice our love.
To let him marry a woman.
Am I a Queer?

Being a woman.
I kissed another woman (on lips).I am a Queer.
I fought the world, to be with my girl.
It led to her being stoned to death.
We were a Queer pair.

Author's Note: Is love really a matter of consideration for a gender? I have never felt for someone with same gender, but I often think if love a matter of gender?

P.S.: How open are we about choices people make about their life. How does that matter to someone if a person choose to sleep with someone with the same gender?

P.P.S.: I am declaring publically that I am fine with the spirit of queers. After all they are spreading love, and now war or hatered. Do share your thoughts.
